Why is it soo white

So like I rushed and dropped out of rushing my freshman year bc of reasons. But as a poc why are all the sororities so white, when I rushed there were a lot of pocs, but why so few in the chapters. Like I’ve seen the pc for spring and so far they have all been white. So I just want to to know why do you guys even have a diversity chair if you are not gonna let poc in and just keep a few to showcase ?

because POC are realizing that sororities are grounded in racism and choose other communities on campus to get involved in. Less POCs want to join panhel sororities not panhel sororities dont want diversity.
