Acacia Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 3.8 Always something to do and someone to do it with. Plenty of distractions and a good group of guys to enjoy them with. Nerdy, but not really anymore than most of campus, and at least they try.

Acacia Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.8 Definitely the nerdiest house on campus like everyone else is saying, but if you can get past it a lot of them are really good people. I don't really ever go to their house so I can only speak to what I see of them around campus. They're aware of their nerdy reputation and they own it, which I respect a lot (if not enough to go to their parties)

Acacia Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.4 I love AKAK so much!! I'm really good friends with all the brothers and they are genuinely good people. They always have my back. Easily my favorite fraternity on campus.

Acacia Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 3.6 As someone else mentioned, Acacia is the nerdiest of the nerdy frats at an all nerd school. That said, they are among the very nicest guys on campus and they are generous with their beer and their fellowship. They treat everyone with respect--I know I am safe amongst this group, even at their gigantic annual party, because I have only to indicate a problem and any of the brothers can be counted on to deftly redirect the offending party without making a scene.

Acacia Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 3.6 Not the coolest guys. But they usually throw great parties (partially due to the fact that their neighbors LXA and Ski Lodge bring crowds), and their brothers are friendly.

Acacia Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 2.6 While they could be good guys and be a lot of fun to hang out with, I would never really know. I went to a party their last year and stayed for a few drinks then left. It wasn't worth staying their for any long period of time.
