which frats have the best houses?

it’s kinda hard to get an idea as a geed, but what frats have the best houses on campus? interior, location, size, etc, lemme hear some opinions before rush so i can have a better idea

Shut up dummy. literally just look up “(name of fraternity) university of Iowa” and you will get pics of their house. Also rush will tell you more about a house than what anything online can tell you. You’re going into this with a really bad attitude

Join because of the people not how fancy the house is. Housing are going to be clean during rush but that doesn’t mean they will be like that every week.

Don’t worry too much about the house unless ur planning to live in, most houses I know have parties at off campus houses so they don’t get in trouble
