how important are recommendation letters for sorority recruitment?

OMG rec letters are like SO important!! You need at least 5 to even be considered for getting a bid and that’s just for a bottom tier sorority! Honestly if you don’t have any ready then you might as well just drop out cuz it means you have pretty much no value!

Most people don’t go into recruitment with rec letters. If you have 1 or 2 great! But don’t worry about it.
