parties and tailgates

Why has the university cracked down so hard on Greek life? Why aren’t there big parties at fraternity houses anymore? And why is tailgating basically not a thing?

It all started back when lambda chi killed a pledge. They started the crack down of not allowing Kegs at parties. That slowly turned to not having parties at houses. Then after sigma chi they want all fraternity men not to drink to prevent future problems
