Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 3.5 Super nice and accepting, need to get out there a little bit more but are atypical from greek life in a good way. Definitely a mixed bag, midish tier frat :)

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 1.4 Didn’t even know these guys existed until a few weeks ago. Absolute weirdos who are socially awkward and can’t hold a conversation. Oh well, I guess there really is a place for everyone.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 3.9 They literally just came last year and already have a better house than most frats. A lot of solid guys and are doing so much in such a short amount of time. This is the only house of the middle tier that I see having enough potential to climb to the top pretty soon.
