Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania - IUP 5.0 They do mainly list parties so you gotta know a brother and be verified to get in, but once you are my god its paradise. Only place I’ve seen that’s 4 levels, have a bouncer, DJ, and actual bar.
