Basically accurate as far as popularity but there’s not really a bottom tier sorority or group of sororities.

kd might be considered top now even though they're kinda mean lol
adpi and phi sig are so different that it's hard to rank one above the other
in fact remove the space splitting up the middle tier, the 4 of them move around

Most would say AXO,Theta,KD top 3 but no top or bottom tiers exist.They all have pros/cons so it depends on what you're looking for.
