They’re primarily white. However, I’m pretty sure all of them are similarly welcoming to non white women as white women (a lot of sororities are cliquey and hate each other, but not on the basis of race)
I wouldn’t say race is a major issue in sororities, however the only way you’ll be able to find out is by speaking with their members. You should be observant and make your own judgement.

Most of CPC is white, but I've seen all races in sororities, I've never heard of people discriminating, everyone's very welcoming no matter your skin color. There are also Multicultural and Black sororities and Fraternities but these are much less diverse as they are aimed at one specific race such as Black or Latin.
