Trends we see since bid day...believe or not believe?

The trendy srat topics we are seeing here:
DG had a bad class: Don't believe it. Their class was as strong as ever. Anyone who honestly believes that chapter is going to pull in a dud class is stupid.
Theta had a bad class: Don't believe it. Too much power in that house to have the kind of class being suggested.
AGD had a good recruitment week: Believe it. AGD has been around forever. Been a solid chapter since before we were born. They can jump up any time and seem to be doing that.
Zeta had a good class: Believe it. That house is amazing, the location is great, and they aren't starting from scratch. Tops will have to watch out for them down the road.
GPhi is on the rise: Believe it. Never seemed like a struggling house to most people. They do it right and are being rewarded for it.
