It's kinda hypocritical to state that no one acknowledges when houses are doing well, while simultaneously bringing down another house. Do better.
I agree that there is less of a gap appearance-wise between tiers than there used to be and I think that's a good thing, but there are still houses that are going to really stand out and be desirable to PNMs. Top houses like DG, Pi Phi and Aphi are really good at recruitment, they always have been. You can say whatever nonsense you want about APhi's PC but they'll continue to recruit strong.

Aphi is top tier for sure but to say they are untouchable is laughable, also their two recent PCs are the same types of girls who also went KD and tridelt (which isn't a bad thing as those are also great houses with beautiful, smart girls).
Also in general there isn't a huge gap between top and middle tiers like there used to be. DG, Pi Phi and Aphi will just always be ranked as "top" on greek rank because they've had that reputation longer than other houses and god forbid people don't acknowledge when other houses are doing well/on the rise
