new detailed frat rankings 2019

Well it’s almost that time again, so here we go. The spots within tiers don’t matter, and are random. Each of the top, upper mid, and middle tier houses will be given a brief description.
TOP TIER:
Phi Kappa Psi: Extremely classy and genuine guys, that combined with a great parties and OG Row as well as the nicest house on campus solidly them as a top tier house.
Lambda: Absolutely huge chapter with nearly 200 members, which causes their brotherhood to suffer badly. Make up for this with great parties and a lot of involvement. Very diverse house.
Sigep: Great physical house, best grades, and very genuine guys. They’re known as gentlemen on campus.
Upper Mid:
Phi Delt: They have a great brotherhood due to being a smaller house, but lose points because they aren’t too involved, are dry, and kind of just smoke weed. Good liveout parties.
SAE: Would be top tier if they were more involved and had better grades. Sort of just drink and party, but very popular.

Sig Chi: Same with SAE. Could be top tier, but pretty one dimensional.
Pi Kapp:
Very well rounded house. Full of out of staters, and very traditional. Great parties and nice guys.
Middle Tier:
Sigma Nu: Probably the house rising the fastest. With a tight knit house, great grades, and wins in mock rock and Sing last year, Sig Nu is a house to watch out for, solidly lifting themselves out of the bottom tier this last school year.
FIJI: Really sweet guys who throw decent parties.
ATO: Decent guys but in free fall and need a revive.
Bottom Tier:
DTD, Theta Chi, Pike, etc

OSU has 5 top fraternities. This op is not correct. Phi kappa psi has never been top. According to the OSU center for fraternity and sorority life website, spring grades show phi psi as one of the worst gpas. Lol. Hardly top, I’m sure you’d agree. While they have over 100 members, half are on scholastic suspension so clearly they bid anyone, just to get warm bodies to live in. Last year, they won none of the major fraternity competitions. Why would anyone think they are top?! Plus most of their spring pledges literally dropped on bid day. No lie. Fact check.
Lambda not 200...they were 170 and graduated 30. Based on their involvement in Sing, Anchorsplash, mock rock and iron brawl, their brotherhood doesn’t suffer.
Phi Delt, SAE, and Sigs are the other top houses besides lambda and Sigep. Always have been the five top. Always will be. Doesn’t matter what a sad lonely aopi troll posts. This ain’t fake news.
