Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 As said many times before, you have to have a secret ritual etc to be a true fraternity. A major part of fraternity life is secrecy to members only. Also, this house has the lowest grades of any house on campus.
