I mean...nice house but will have a hard time keeping recruitment up with the fact that nobody in their house under 21 is allowed to drink at any functions they have.

Most a Phi's are really sweet and the girls are bombshells! Could be a tighter sisterhood though

I put them at the bottom of my list every day during recruitment this year and they kept inviting me back. I only went because I had to go to all the parties or else I'd be dropped from rush all together. Their girls are cute (for the most part) but very, very cliquey and not nice at all. They act like they're a huge deal because they're in a sorority but they're not.

Great guys that know how to party. They always do very well in recruitment and it shows with this years pledges. One of the biggest and best houses at OSU.

get more hate than any other house by a landslide and it's not all for good reason but there's a reason most of it is said. Dry house so thats why "SPEs dont drink" is a thing. Not much of a social life. People outside the house see them as elitist so they don't have any respect from other fraternities. This is just part of being dominant on paper and staying that way for over 50 years. but 140+ members takes a big toll on brotherhood and it really shows
