Tied with Sigma Chi for top house. Hands down nicest, funniest guys in campus, and they're hot. They're laid back, always have the best boats at Shasta, and have quality guys. They always participate in philanthropies. I've never met a Phi Delt I don't like.

SO AWKWARD. They throw like one party per year and that's it. Not attractive guys at all, socially awkward, never see them rep their house. Nice enough guys I guess but no.

Bottom of the bottom. Socially awkward, not fun, don't party, don't participate, and will invite everyone and I mean EVERYONE back during recruitment. I know girls who cut them multiple times and still got called back. Don't see them around campus, aren't popular with the frats.

A lot like Theta in the sense that they are NOWHERE to be found on campus, don't participate in other houses philanthropies, and don't really have anything special going for them. Nice enough girls but they're just kind of...there.

Idk what happened, but DG fell off HARD the last two years. This years PC was near the bottom with Sigma Kappa. Their girls are weird, all their fun cute girls are either gone or are graduating, and they've gone way downhill. They had to resort to have Pi Kapps for SING partners. Guess that's what happens when you screw over houses like Lambda.

If you're looking for the most laid back, chill, fun house, join Tri Delt. Their house dances are hella fun, they throw a great philanthropy, and they can party their asses off. Better sisterhood than most houses, and their newest pledge class has some dimes. They're fun, hate drama, and can hold their liquor unlike AGD, AXO, and A Phi. Great girls.

Extremely socially awkward. Kind if disappeared this year. Rarely see a Chi O in letters, don't hear anything about then on campus or being involved. A lot of book worn type girls in the house, I don't think I've ever seen a Chi O at a party.

Nice enough house but they need to remember they're the new girls on campus. They expect to be a top tier house automatically but they haven't earned anything yet.
