At the bottom and still going down, not sure how it's even possible. Have bad rep but still try to flame better houses like AXO, Aphi, and Theta. A better attitude would help them, but until they get different girls they will stay on the down and out

Stay AWAY from delta chi. They aren't present at all in campus, the majority of their members are extremely weird and creepy, and they are complete stoners. Not a good house at all, and their parties are awful.

Hands down top house tied with Phi Delt. Hot guys, athletic, know how to party, fun, and all around good guys. They could participate in other philanthropies more but they put on Derby Days for their philanthropy and it's a blast. They have a strong brotherhood which most frats here are missing. Genuinely like each other. Love them!!

Used to be good but so many bad experiences here. Most member are not nice guys. They throw fun parties but only ever hang out with like 2 sororities and don't even bother getting to know the rest. Awful rumors coming out of this house. I'd stay away.
