Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Hobart and William Smith Colleges - HWSC 2.0 Continue to get worse as the semesters go by. Spring 17 class was mediocre at best and one dropped out and another was debrothered. Only get attention from freshmen, self ranking is evident, id put chi phi above them at this point. If you're a freshmen dude looking for someone to coddle you into a house, rush Kappa Sig.
