frat ranks for fall 2019

I know it’s a lot of tiers but I’d say it’s pretty necessary in order for them to be accurate.

Original post is spot on. Sig Chi and Fiji are the two that have the most to gain/lose depending on how the year goes. Curious to see where those two end up by the spring.
