Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Oregon - UO 5.0 Pi Phi is the best. Theres a reason they've never had to do COB. They got the most new members out of any house this year and their new members are amazing. They also aren't crazy but they can still have a good time.
