Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority Ratings at HC

They have the most genuine sisterhood. They are really involved on campus, and seem very classy. Their reputation is old and undeserved. It seems to be talked up by the other houses who are probably jealous.

Chi O used to have a bad reputation, but they have come a long way. These girls truly have a close sisterhood. Any time you put 70+ women into a social circle, there are bound to be disagreements, but XOs do their best to keep it in their house & stand up for one another. Yes, they party, but they study hard too - this is Hillsdale College after all, & to try to say that that many girls blow off studying is a dis on the whole school - everyone has to work hard here - that something we all know

They are nice girls and I like some of them, but they they seem a little fake when they talk up their house to girls. Typically most of them are more interested in partying than the other two houses. They're really diverse though; some are awkward because a lot of girls join who are just studious, but I don't know many of them. They're fun and friendly girls, but they're wild reputation has been deserved lately.

Actually, Chi Omegas are present in almost every facet of school life. They have several student ambassadors, the last two class presidents, and members on the E-board for most school clubs and organizations. They got second last year in scholarship, and were very close to first place. Yes, there are girls who party. Every house has girls who party. However, there are several girls who do not party, which serves as a testament to how diverse, yet still unified, this house is. While they may not have had the best reputation in the past, that has changed. There is no denying Chi Omega is now the top house on campus.

Chi O has a worse reputation that deserved. But still the stereotype is sort of true. They are never recognized for how smart they are because they party way too much. Great recent pledge class. Not one Chi O is a student ambassador and they are really only involved in a few things around campus.

Very genuine girls. Seems to me this is the house you want if you want girls who will have your back no matter what. Physical house is not the nicest on campus but as for the "sisterhood" aspect, appears to be the best.

Chi O is the house for you if you have no clear vision of who you would like to become. Although diversity is a great thing, Chi O's broad range of diversity blurs that line.

very social house that has been improving its reputation over the years. The house goes at everything it does and competes like none other. The flaws are that it has a stereotype of a party house and can be overwhelming and go overboard with their screaming and enthusiasm. The Chi Os seem to support their sisters the most out of any house on campus and has a lot of genuine girls in the house.

only house on campus without MIPs... also "thedale" needs better sources. please stop slandering the best house on campus.

Chi Omega, Rho Gamma is a group of amazing, outgoing, friendly girls who live out the symphony of Chi Omega to its fullest extent. They are always classy, incredibly involved on campus, and friends with all types. They are truly "democratic rather than exclusive and lovable rather than popular." Not to mention they recently picked up the largest pledge class in the history of Hillsdale College.
