Is Kappa Delta giving bids?

I went through part of FFR and ended up withdrawing, i heard about cob afterwards though and i wanted to know if kd is doing that now? i know they're suspended or something but i was hoping id be able to get a bid from them instead of waiting for spring

If they’re suspended for the semester than no they will not be doing COB because they’re not allowed to rush until they’re not suspended

Aphi was doing COB and they probably still are, don't know for sure though. I haven't heard about pi phi doing it though, I think their numbers were still high enough from last year
