These boys are about to get a new house on Greek Court which means they can throw bangers that do their brotherhood justice. Anytime I speak to sorority girls about who their favorite frat is, it always comes full circle to the real Phi Delt. Good luck to everyone else this year in your affairs. It's nice looking down from the top.

this might be the most hilarious thing i’ve ever read. don’t know a single girl who hangs out with these guys and never met one either. they don’t do anything. not saying y’all aren’t nice boys (because it’s obvious that one of y’all posted this), but posting this isn’t going to make people like or respect you. just saying
