Based on PCs: zeta and dz are definitely on the downward trajectory... chi o, pi phi and kappa definitely improved... dg, sk, adpi, kd, and theta stayed relatively the same

for sororities, this is pretty accurate but only because of the pledge classes this year. if a chapter has been here for longer obviously they're more established and going to get better pledge classes. would agree there are definitely some chapters moving down and some trying to work their way up. thank god someones finally got the right order hah

kappa doesn't deserve to be a step higher than pi phi. pi phi is way more social than kappa, even tho they're both on the rise

My roomate and all my friends who are in KD are literally always at the house and hanging out with each other; while I know for me i’m in one of the chapters you ranked at the top and im gonna be honest that’s not the case for me or most of my sisters. I’m rarely at the house and I’m not super close to anybody in my pledge class or chapter besides my big and even then we aren’t super close. Ii don’t even know everyone in my chapter but my roommate who is in KD can name everyone and has talked to literally everyone in it with her and is super close with everyone. i will agree though that’s KD’s pledge class in the fall was an odd mix, but at the same time all the ones I’ve met when my roommate has taken me to date functions and my roommate has introduced me to seem super cool and are super pretty!

they are on like phase 5 of the greek court revamp process so it wouldnt be started until like 2021 or 2022 anyways but there is speculation that someone else will take their build spot since they will be so new.
