Sigma Alpha Omega - ΣΑΩ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.5 Coming from someone who has been in the sorority for a while, it seems to be better now than it's ever been. A lot of the girls who were causing problems and stirring up drama either graduated or dropped and everyone seems to get along with each other really well now. Like any other sorority, I definitely think we could use some work, but I would actually recommend joining now.

Sigma Alpha Omega - ΣΑΩ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.9 I do not recommend this sorority. The girls in the sorority are backstabbing and will do anything to stir up some drama between other sisters. When you try to give advice to the exec it gets brushed off and no one in that sorority truly cares about your SAO experience. On top of that, the exec board right now twisted rules and bylaws to make sure that their friends can have leadership roles in the sorority without acknowledging other girls.

Sigma Alpha Omega - ΣΑΩ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.5 This sorority has a very toxic environment and very poorly managed. This sounds dramatic but you can watch some of the sweetest girls turn into power hungry monsters. It’s crazy because it’s such a small organization but it’s filled with drama and trying to kick sisters out and twist bylaws to fit whims. I would suggest delight if you’re wanting to join an all girl christian org. And if you want to do greek life, this is all the drama and none of the fun. Save you’re money and time and do not join this organization.

This sorority has a very toxic environment and very poorly managed. This sounds dramatic but you can watch some of the sweetest girls turn into power hungry monsters. It’s crazy because it’s such a small organization but it’s filled with drama and trying to kick sisters out and twist bylaws to fit whims. Sigma Alpha Omega - ΣΑΩ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.0 I was a part of this sisterhood for several years and I had a very good experience. When I initially joined it seemed very disorganized, but the people in charge now have really improved and expanded the organization. It’s becoming more of a presence on campus as well. The girls are very welcoming and to me didn’t seem cliquey at all. There will always be some drama when you bring a group of girls together but overall it’s a very supportive network of Christian women. It changed my life for the better and is also considerably less in fees that panhellenic sororities because of the lack of a house. I also would not assign it a tier since they do not rush with panhellenic.

I quickly found that it is just as cliquey and gossip filled as any other sorority. There was a lot of drama and they are very judgemental about certain things.
