rush leaders?

This is such crap. Some of the rush leaders are great. MIne sucked. My roommate had a meeting before rush to let us know about what to expect and what to wear. She spent time answering questions. My rush leader didn't even communicate with us until this morning. Where do you find these people? Unfair for the girls in my group who started rush today.
