incoming freshman tryna rush

Im an incoming freshman for the fall semester and my older bro was in Pi Kapp like 4 years ago and wants me to rush, I'm looking at Pi Kapp now on this and it seems like it went pretty downhill. Should I try to rush them still? Or should I be looking for something else.
