separating the men from the boys

What is your chapter's stance on expelling members that no longer live up to your oath/pledge/standards? Besides not meeting a GPA requirement how else do you quantify they are no longer fit to be a brother?
My take is if your chapter hasn't expelled a member in a few years you are failing as an organization of higher principles. I think it is fair that people change and sometimes that means drifting apart from the values of the organization. It doesn't mean you can't be friends with said person but they wouldn't need to be a brother. I also think membership is looked at as more of an privilege if the occasional brother is expelled for good reason.
