They did this with a girl who originally went KD too she and dropped before initiation so she could rush again and she then went aphi

If you accept a bid from any house on bid night you have to wait until the following year to join another chapter. You can’t just drop before initiation and join wherever you want. Pretty sad that Panhel let this slide just because of their president being an Alpha Phi and REALLY sad that APhi is that desperate
