What off campus frats are still relevant. How do they compare to on campus frats rankings wise?

dont worry about rankings, ppl who obsess over that are whack. Just go to the fraternity that you fit in with. To answer your question though, phi tau is really the only off campus frat that is relevant. Im not sure what to say about Phi Delt bc I think they're recolonizing which basically means no more phi delt. But they were cool when they were on campus. other than that, most off campus fraternities are below average.

Phi Tau and Phi Psi are the most relevant off campus. They party harder than most of the other frats and have good annex houses. Just gotta go through hazing

yes they may party harder, but their parties are not better if that makes sense. They just drink like animals. Im talking about phi tau. phi psi kinda blows
