serious question sae

Why is sae considered top tier? They only hang out with one sorority! I get the “exclusivity”, but damn guys. Plus they have no house next year

SAE isn't top tier. Maybe two years ago when they had their house and good PCs. Similar to Phi Delt, these guys are becoming irrelevant.
