Top house. These guys are the dogs. Only issue with them is that they beef w other houses alot because other houses are jealous of them. Everyone wants a tach bid but not everyone can get one.

Top house up and away. Hard to compete with them after their rush dominance, rushed the best class Fall 2023, ruined Beta's reputation, and are rushing all the best freshmen again. They objectively throw the sickest parties and have the most fun. Alot of their guys are sick but some are just total NPCs who follow around the leaders. Pretty but the thing most like a real frat you will get at Colgate.

Have wild egos that need to be crushed, but all great really nice guys, more fun to hang out with than party with. Have bad blood with some frats because of their self obsession but individually seem to be friends with everyone. All the girls drool over them

Best fraternity on Earth. My older brother showed me the ropes and I've never felt more alive. These are my brothers 4 life. Came into this experience a boy, now I can confidently say I have become a man. Theta Chi til I die. ΘΧ!

These kids have inflated egos and no one's here for it. That aside, they get in trouble every year for hazing and being creeps but somehow sweep it under the rug and that's not even mentioning their rat infestation
