I wouldn’t say there’s a definitive best. It’s just common knowledge that Sigma Kappa and Tri Sigma are at the bottom. Everything else can be shuffled around

Chi Omega is at the bottom along with Sigma Kappa and Sigma Sigma Sigma, can’t forget them ^^^

chi o at the bottom too. top sororities are axid, phi sig, gamma phi and adpi. rest are bottom
