sorority recruitment schedule process

I have seen the sorority recruitment schedule for 2019 posted by Clemson Panhellenic. I am just curious about the timing of when PNMs are notified of their schedule following each round. On some days the PNMs make their selections late at night and the parties for the next day might start as early as 7:30 am. How is the PNM notified of their schedule in advance to plan for the following day? It seems like something is missing from the published schedule. Thank you to anyone who can help me understand the process.

You probably should call the Greek Life office for this information. It's a good question, but if you want facts, you should probably go to the source rather than rely on speculation here.

Thanks. I was hoping an active member who knows the process might comment (I would still welcome that)...but I will also take your advice and see if Panhellenic will answer directly.

Usually they tell you pretty late at night

You’re gonna be exhausted, rush is super draining and they don’t give you much of a heads up for your next days schedule
