I'm pretty sure, kappa sig is now top house, they seem to have pulled a strong pledge class this semester.

Sigma Pi pulled the best pledge class. Their Miss Greek Pageant
was very organized and is the best philanthrophy of any of the
fraternities. They won IFC football and Alpha Phi and DG's
events.
