I pledged Pike-Delta class back in the days. They were great group of guys to hang out with. IT was one of best experience I had while attending CSULB.

These are the boys that you want to take Home for the night and keep for breakfast. So dreamy, so sweet, honestly the ideal man.

This frat is better at other schools. Not very outgoing and you never see them around. They like Alpha Phi though! Majority of their Greek rank comments were clearly written by them lol

Pike boys are so cute! Such upstanding gentlemen who love to party and are definitely hubby material!

Idk what that ranking below is lol.they aren't totally irrelevant- definitely still a solid middle house, but their fall and spring class aren't anything to brag about and the main reason they can't move up is because they have low membership, no academic focus and poor brotherhood. Girls come to their parties but it's increasingly non-Greeks and sigma kappa girls. Some gamma Phis hang there but as of late they aren't doing too hot either

So it's hard for me to say but pike is making changes and they look like in a semester or two they could be top house. They haven't been even close to being over pi kapp since they lost their house last year, but they just bought a new one and apparently it's pretty dope. Yeah we all recognize that pike at one time was full of a bunch of grade A douchers, BUT with the initiation of their fall class and now their spring class of pledges it looks like pike is becoming again.
