NO ONE considers Phi Psi top tier just to let those thinking about attending CP.. They are a joke and BOTTOM TIER.

Just so you freshman don’t get deceived NO ONE considers Phi Psi top tier. Phi Psi has ALWAYS been a lower middle tier to upper BOTTOM tier fraternity. As they keep self ranking and making fools out of themselves more and more people in Greek life consider them BOTTOM TIER.
