Lambda Chi is still in a tier at the top by themselves. ALL the other fraternity PC have been super weak, what’s with Phi Psi PC?... Do they just bid anyone that walks though their door??... I think their PC was definitely one of the weakest if not weakest, definately headed downhill.

Phi Psi is a bottom tier house don’t be fooled by their self rank. DU is #2 right behind #1 Lambda Chi
