sorority ranks and spring recruitment

I am thinking about rushing in the spring, what sororities will be recruiting if any? Also what are the current ranks? Should i rush in the spring as a freshman or wait till the fall when I'll be a sophomore?

Top: zeta/adpi

Bottom: no offense to DZ but they definitely f'ed themselves a bit so it's between them and AGD
