rushing as a sophomore

I went through formal rush freshman year and it did not go well but I really want to be in a fraternity. Do any fraternities take sophomores that go through formal rush? Should I go through rush again?

in a long way, yes
There is no harm in rushing again

Of course you can rush again. I'm pretty sure at least 1 will give you a bid your next time around. Even if they don't, there is 360 recruitment, just hang out with a fraternity a lot and get to know them and they you, they could possibly bid you
