hi i’ve been seeing a lot of comments about sororities or frats that didn’t “recruit as well” recently... what does that mean? like they didn’t recruit as many people as they wanted??

it usually means pnms weren't vibing with the chapter during recruitment, and that the pnms the chapter wanted were also wanted by other chapters and those pnms ended up going to other chapters!
