what are the real sorority rankings here?

Given the fact that there are only 3 sororities in total at Beloit, it isn't really fair to rank them on a "tier" system. Conceptions of which sorority is the best change depending on the people you talk to; some conceptions are well-founded, but others are based on stereotypes. Visit each house if you want a clear picture of which might best suit you!

And 1 of the sororites is a local sorority as well! So you really can't rank them. As BC Sorority said, best to check out all 3 and decide for yourself.

KD is the most girly, traditional, sorority
Theta is local and draws similar girls to KD, but they have a more chill vibe
AST has the best sisterhood, but has a rep of being antisocial

Any real ranking would be BS. It's not about being in "the best sorority/frat" it's about finding the house that fits you best.

Agree with the others that tiers don't really apply at Beloit. People tend to join the sororities based on which one they fit with best, so it's really a personal decision. I don't think anyone at Beloit really cares which sorority you're in, so choose the best one for you!
Comments on this site sometimes say harsh things about each of the sororities, but honestly i think the only way you can really go wrong is by picking a sorority based on "reputation" and not being true to where you feel most at home.
