Such sweet girls! Over spring semester I got to know several of them at events and they really have been stepping it up socially.

I think they have been making huge improvements internally and in regards too changing up the image but they are definitely in a quantity over quality mindset. Be more selective guys, you got some great girls but most are subpar. Should socialize more too.

These girls deserve more credit than they're getting! Sure, the sisterhood isnt that great but thats always something they have to work on and ARE working on. They are overall very smart, pretty, and classy girls, with a few drunkys but what sorority doesn't? I agree that they do need to be a little more social when it comes to other sororities and fraternities because its all about that PAN LOVE, not cattiness. But every girl has something to bring to the table and theyre moving up from here!

These girls get very catty when it comes to other sororities. Individually they have some great girls, but they don't work well as a chapter and you see the same few girls active around campus.

Theta Phi has defiantly stepped up there game!! They have one of the better sisterhoods and they have started to come around on campus more. They still need to improve on that but overall they have really changed over the couple of years

These girls are very classy and attractive. They have stepped it up the last few years. Theta Phi women are the type of women you want to bring home to your family.
