fall 2019 transfer recruitment questions

HI!

I'm transferring in this fall as a junior history major and would like to join in the fall to have as much time as possible with a sorority before I graduate.

I've already registered with Waco Alumnae Panhellenic for recommendations.

What are the GPA requirements?
Is there anything else I should do?

Most sororities don’t give fall bids. I would wait
until spring unless you’re interested in Alpha Phi or ADPi.

3.0: Theta, Tri Delt, Zeta

All the rest are 2.75.

Keep in mind that some groups have different requirements for sophomores and juniors

Alpha Phi is new, so they have open bidding this fall. I will warn you they're cutting at least half of their options. Either way, I'd give it a shot and if it doesn't work out you can rush in the spring.

I thought I read somewhere that you had to sign a form saying you won’t rush the already existing Panhellenic affiliated sororities in order to rush Alpha Phi. Is that not the case anymore? Thanks

I think that was for last year only.. if you rushed and signed a bid from another sorority you couldn’t rush alpha phi.
