rushing as an upperclassman

Upperclassman here rushing sorority with a few questions.
1) are the gpa requirements different?
2) does the no party rule apply?
3) can I only rush one chapter?
4) is there an upperclassman quota?

Kappa, PiPhi, ChiO, AXO, ADPi have a 2.75 for any year, freshman, Sophomore, or Junior
Theta, TriDelt and Zeta are a 3.0 gpa and upperclassman are evaluated individually as grade risks and does not guarantee a bid if under 3.0.
Check on APhi, new group
Double check with panhellenic to be sure with all groups
