The lowest relevant frat. Basically the bar setters, if you're below them you're frat is terrible, if you're above them, congrats you're relevant.

Their first party of the year is the only really great social thing they do. They have other parties are decent, but I heard their mixers can pretty fun. These guys are not really that high socially, they seem to focus more on brotherhood then social rank. From what I see they know they aren't the coolest, but they don't really care. They seem like a successful group of guys though

not gonna lie this is the most similar frat to DTD but they're members are alot nicer and just accept the fact they're not frat which honestly makes me put them above DTD cuz DTD actually thinks they are a frat and it's just plain embarrassing. U can tell sig ep is comfortable in their own skin and tend to pull a diverese crowd during rush and even at parties, people who otherwise dont like greek life in general. I like that this frat makes people feel welcomed in to greek life and are just not try hards who are authentic and honestly pretty genuine.
