The top is only place where things get tricky but other than that these are the rankings that are the consensus among Duke greeks

I think you can really do the first three (ka adphi and dsig) in any order, but maybe add a space before snu.
And I know sigep rose but I wouldn't put them in the same tier as pike yet. Maybe raise pike into snu's tier, just below. So:
KA, ADphi, and Dsig (matter of personal preference)
Snu
Pike
Pikapp
ATO
Sigep
DTD
AEPi
Rest the same

Agree with your tier 2 and 3 on order without spacing but no way snu is as high as adphi, and I would put pikapp along with ato and sigep
