Pike is washed, literally kids only rush there still bc of some 2015 YouTube video. Theta chi can be debated but their house is bummy. Sae has it all.. great house, location, and the best parties.

The truth is SAE is OK but with a really random range of brothers. Pike and Theta Chi and KA Order are highly selective.
