Top Tier:
Pike: No brainer, the gold standard of FSU frats, no one will come close to them for a while.
Alpha Delt: new kids on the block, great parties, great location
Sig Ep: Nice guys, great house, could be more involved
Upper Tier:
OX: Good locations, fun parties, lot of members graduating
FIJI: Super social and involved, Islander is always a blast, def the most chill frat
DChi: EDX is always a banger, need more parties or notoriety on campus
Mid Tier:
KA: Chill, but fat and lazy and racist
K Sig: Your gonna eat a lot of ice cream here and one of your bros is gonna have a loaded gun in his underwear in the downstairs chap house.
SAE: honestly just super mid, also drive drunk and hit people, nice house though, shame LXA or TKE could move in soon.
Lower Tier:
Sigma Chi: Kings of Campus, I mean Kings of the Low Tiers
Beta: never heard of them to be honest
Phi Psi: who?
TKE: Great alumni base, true tragedy whats happened to the brotherhood, they’ll be top again one day it happens in cycles
Chi Phi: Members went to jail for putting the nword on mail boxes
Pi Lam: Members went to jail for CP and brandishing a deadly weapon
ZBT: Nice guys, just bad set up
Phi Delt: Mass texts to every sor pc chat, embarrassing

WTF?? I went to bed last night when this post had 33 views and 31 likes, when the post was like 2 hours old. I wake up and now it has over 80+ up votes and down votes and barely 50 views.
OX and SigEp need to chill TF out but also whoever the other person is, Pike SAE, whoever, needs to stop as well
