Anyone paying attention to these ratings needs to understand that Theta Chi and Sigma Phi Epsilon are VERY different from each other. They don't recruit the same men and they don't have the same personality as organizations. I have no problem with Pike being rated top, but Sigma Chi is back this fall and Phi Delt coming back soon so the competition is heating up.

Kappa Sigma shouldn't be ranked that low. They have the house and the location and the quality of membership.
