That is a hateful thing to say.
So many men want to join and there are so few fraternities left, everyone should get good classes. Just WHO do you call bottom tier?

Frats can give out bids all semester but pledging has to be done by the same 6 week period no matter when you got a bid

Who is bottom tier you ask? TKE, Phi Psi, Alpha Delt, Pi Lam, and of course BETA
Arguably Delta chi and sig pi but they’re middle tier now
